Performimi i par ka qen ne 1965.
-Ne mesin e te 60tave, jeff airplane kan qen bendi qe noshta kan bo turne mes shumti, kan shit bileta dhe singlet dhe albumi i tyne Surralistic pillow ka qen nmesin e top albumeve met mira. Suksesi i tyre u pershku edhe pas ndrimit te emrit ne Jefferson Starship, pastaj vetem Starship, dhe mas 1991 nne Jefferson Starship: the Next generation...


Te formum ne San francisko, tingulli i hershem i tyre kishte tbonte edhe me folk amerikan, nje bend tipik amerikan dhe nderlidhje mes nje ngjyre tvogel te folkut edhe rock, acid rock, psyrock.
Pjesmarres ne woodstock dhe performacier shum tmir.

Albumet me te pelqyme pej meje jon: Crown of creation, Surralsitic Pillow, Takes off edhe Bless Its pointed lettle head.



Ndersa kangt me te mira sipas meje jon:
